The Legacy of Brett Favre – Does it End Tonight?

Brett Favre, who is battling multiple injuries from previous matches (Green Bay, New England, Buffalo), may miss his 1st game in over 20 years and put an end to his all-time Iron Man record of 297 consecutive starts, assuming he is deemed unfit to play against the giants on December 13, 2010. Did he already play in the final game of his pro career last week against Buffalo? And what of the Jen Sterger controversy which still looms overhead? Will the league ever take any disciplinary action against him? And will that taint his decorated legacy, his claim to fame as one of the most enthusiastic quarterbacks to ever play the game? I suppose only time will tell… but there is no doubt that he definitely was one of the funnest players to watch. Ever. Thanks for the great memories, Brett.
