They might be small, but they're lethal. We know they're bad for us, we know they're fattening but we pay little attention to just how bad they really are. It's hard to believe really that something of that size could actually contain 200 to 300 calories! That's not even taking into account all the unhealthy ingredients such as trans fat and sugar.
We're not only talking about the 'full-fat' stuff here, we're also considering all the 'low-fat' alternatives out there on our supermarket shelves. Don't be fooled by the whole 'only 5 calories per bite' stuff, these things are lethal. We all know that once we start we can't stop so go on, add all those 'few' calories up. What's even worse is the fact that the 'low-fat' labels are actually even worse for us due to all the extra additives, sugars and E numbers manufacturers add to make them taste just right.
